Have you folks seen where a Politician in the Philippines has tabled a motion to make Ghosting a criminal offence and it looks like its going to be passed on the grounds it causes emotional distress.
From my experience here, it's a common thing on Fab but does it warrant been made criminal offence????? |

How could ghosting be a criminal offence if cheating isn’t?
I just googled and apparently cheating is a crime in the Philippines, punishable by up to 5 years in prison. They seem to love an ol law out there. Didn’t one of those mad prison documentaries on Netflix feature a very overcrowded prison in Manilla. |

"I thinks it's a tad crazy, like you get d*unk loose your phone and you find yourself in court for ghosting someone then "
So THAT'S what happened
But I agree, I guess it could cause some emotional trauma but its hardly criminal and would be hard to enforce in any reasonable way.
