Hi everyone
What skincare routines do you all have?
I use Clean & Clear Exfoliating daily wash in the morning
Then The Ordinary Buffet Serum
Next is The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors
Finally I just put sun cream on my face regardless of the weather
Evening:
I use the Buffet again
Then The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane
And the Moisturising Factors afterwards
Not sure what difference this is all making tbh but anyway....what do you gals and guys use? |

"I use tea bags on the eyes occasionally too ..."
It stresses me out no end that you use clean & clear tbh lol but I am a skincare nerd.
Something like the Ordinary Squalene Cleanser, the Inkey List Fulvic Acid cleanser or CeraVe cleansers would be much kinder to your skin. If you’re oily/get breakouts, a salicylic acid cleanser would be good. Skingredients do one, as do CeraVe and Inkey List. |

If you’re not oily you definitely don’t need an exfoliating cleanser each morning. Switch to a hydrating one and I bet you’ll see a difference |

I have always had to be really careful with cosmetics due to allergic reactions.
A couple of years ago I started using Urban Veda, a natural Ayurvedic skincare. Oddly enough I reacted to the range which is supposed to be for my skin type but am able to use the products from their other ranges without issues.
I recently discovered The Ordinary range and absolutely love it . Initially I was sure that I'd react given some of the ingredients - but it's probably not only the best quality product I've found but also great value for money!!!
I cleanse and moisturise daily and exfoliate once or twice a week |

Melanie I would recommend a good skin consultation with a therapist who is not trying to sell a product. The smaller salons are good at this. They will analyse your skin. And advise accord to that. Feel free to pm. Sometimes you can do too much. The clean and clear is very harsh. Double trouble said cleanse, this is the most important step and then a tone and moisturise. Chat soon |

Great stuff, yes The Ordinary is good and not expensive. Well the Buffet is a bit but it lasts me a long time. |

There's a feature today in the Indo about face yoga
I've been doing that for the last 6 months or so using the Danielle Collins method
Anyone else try it? |

Highly recommend a skin therapist.
Most people use products that are either to harsh or do nothing.
The ordinary range is good but some of the products you can use once twice a week...know someone who used the ordinary peeling solution everyday anyone use that product knows how harsh it is and it's not advised on sensitive skin it burns the face off you ...left her skin very dry |

Once I'm clean-shavensih, I use a tried and tested routine since my teen acne days. A peach and apricot face wash/scrub, washed off with warm water with a couple of drops of tea tree oil(also great for the feet) with when face is patted dry a small amount of unscented moisturiser with a drop or two of aftershave or essential oil |
