What great summer memories have you created.
I remember Thin Lizzy in The Hanger in the early 70's. Horslips and Rory Gallagher. Class.
Aahh I remember that summer in Dublin
Twas 97
I felt in heaven
U2 were awesome
Then I woke to the news
That Diana had died.
So I resolved to cherish
These days on earth
And make each day count
To death from birth.
So guys and girls, forget your doubts
And seize the day
Go meet that person
Have fun have play
Cos none of us know
The hour or the day.
Have fun. Stay safe

What a lovely poem.
I don’t tend to like summer that much and the amount of time I spend listening To summertime sadness evidences that .
My favourite memories are a holiday in Cyprus when I felt that I was on top of the world , visiting places , galleries and museums which stay in my memory forever , and attending festivals where at times I felt like I was in the presence of genius . I do like the amount of time I spend swimming in lakes and the sea but despite this , give me autumn or spring anytime
