The last time I watched the news, they were talking about erecting a spire in O'Connell st. Did they ever get around to that?

who'd have thunk it??? Must go down and have a look, I'm guessing it has a lift or two that brings you up to a restaurant at the very top with amazing views over the city  surely they didn't just spend millions on a steel phallic symbol that does nothing |
