Unless it’s an anklet with HW or an ace of spades or something on it, an anklet is just an anklet. I have one on and it means nothing other than I like it.
Even if it does have a HW or whatever on it, it’s never acceptable, imo, to hone in on it in public and potentially embarrass the person wearing it and yourself. |

It sounds kinda like this ankle bracelet caused more problems than anything else.... you were already talking to her so the ice is broken and that's the biggest hurdle. Just keep chatting, and then offer to give her your number. That's all that's necessary. If you had offered her your number she would have known what that means. No guesswork and signs required. |
