So as I’m on a roll ( hay or otherwise invites accepted) with the forum threads, I thought I would try some alcoholic tippling going on, with the subject of cocktails and such delinquent delight.

So name your favourite cocktails

Mine is lil red corvette

Whiskey sour has lead to my downfall many times over, though I keep that little devil for nighttime. A refreshing G&T on a sunny day works too

"Expresso Margarita"

My (J) favourite was whiskey- until I tried that coffee cocktail can’t decide which one wins

For Dan - vodka, no mixers, preferably Belvedere is the best one

Dublin City

I often mix my own fruity cocktails, going by gut feeling and experience (and what's in the house and on the cocktail trolley).

From the classics I think the Planter's Punch would be my fave.
