Pick one or two things you did today, no matter how trivial and really praise yourself for having tackled those issues.
I spent the entire day tackling domestic chores that had pain unattended for months; Sunday provided an excellent opportunity to catch up.
I had bought everything I needed including the tools and just worked my way through a long list: very satisfying! |
