To all the couple's out there married or living together,how often do you have sex with your partner? What would your avarage amount of times per week/month be?

Yeah I'm the one with the higher sex drive not unusual for it to be the male that has..your very lucky to be getting it 3 times a week I was thinking around the same maybe at least twice a week.. |

All depends on a variety of factors really like work, family commitments, social activities or just too tired 
Could be once a week to three times a week, could be 3-4 nights in a row and then have none for a fortnight. Don't really keep count to be honest! |

I'd say 3 or 4 times a week. Proper good ones at the weekend and during the week it might just be the aul spooning position where I'm stabbing her in the back and you get the "oh go on, stick it in" kinda ones
If we had a meet coming up we would be at it like rabbits for a few days before and after.  |

Just remember it does remove the facial hair so if he's hairy maybe the idea of it is enough  |

This for us too, we don't have sex just for the sake of keeping up quotas. For me, menopause has been quite challenging and we have worked hard at overcoming obstacles that nature has put in our way in order to maintain physical intimacy. I am lucky to have a loving, patient and considerate partner, not every woman is. |

Agree. Physical and emotional intimacy are far more important in a relationship than having loads of sex. Sometimes they go hand in hand, but not always. |

In previous long-term relationships where I lived with a partner (I have never been married) the frequency of sexual intimacy (full penetrative intercourse) was usually dictated by her libido.
Normally, it was nightly and on some occasions all night!
Anomalously, I once lived with a partner, when I was much younger, where we never once had sex, never.
Her parents were very strict orthodox Catholics who frowned on premarital sex; but the reality was also was that I never had sex with her, in order that I would never develop any sexual (oxytocin) or other connection to her.
At an opportune time, I left and never returned.
The libidos of the other partners I had sometimes off the chart, very often peaking on their periods! |
