Are you not aware of the theory that women are solar powered. You will notice how many more are out and about when the sun is shining and they expose as much skin to the sun as possible to absorb its energy.

Sounds plausable to me lets go with it until some comes along with the science behind it to disprove that women dress down as the temp goes up  |
