So, this is an enquiry for a friend. I'm on the lookout for a small unit in the Letterkenny area for a Lady doing occupational, rehabilitation and sports massage and they want to start out on their own and build up more clientele. Even if someone knew of a person that owns a hair/beauty salon and may have a spare room to rent. Or maybe a private room in their house. It would be for every 2nd week as person mentioned does not live in the Donegal area.
Finally, please do not say look up 'Google' or daft.ie for answers.. we've done all that and nothing is suitable so far. Asking on this may be more personal and get a better response.
Thank you all |

I would personally not rent a room in someone else's house to use as a therapy room very few customers would come. Look into local hairdressers and beauticians that might have room. She would be better calling into them and get a feel for the place and see the setup. If she only going to be there a few times, will need to know is her property okay to be left there will it be safe, will the room be used by anyone else etc |

The private room in a house is a last resort tbh. A room in a salon would be ideal, share the costs of rent, rates etc. English isn't her 1st language, but she can communicate fine.. and I'd be with her anyway to help with any questions. Having a place of her own, she'd be able to rent out the room to others when she's not using it. She has another person lined up to work with her too. Hoping to see with local council if any start up grant is possible for a first time business also.

"Have a look at Glencar retail, they might have some office units available as well at mountain top" Never thought of Glencar, that would be handy. Cheers lad
