It’s my first M&G tonight! I’m excited but also a little nervous. I’m typically a pretty confident & sociable guy, but I’ve never attended an event like this before.
Has anyone got any tips or advice?

Do you know who else is going? Can you message and ask to meet beforehand so you can attend with them? Tell them you're a little nervous about attending on your own. Some people will understand I'm sure. Good luck  |

Come early and let the room fill up around you instead of walking into a crowded room.
Go easy on the drink.
Best thing about a meet and greet is that you have an excuse to chat up any lady in the bar 
You'll forget what you were so nervous about within first 10 minutes.
