Honesty is the best policy, always rambert to approach the situation in a calm manner.
Don't over think the persobs response as this will make the situation worse in your head.
Situation them down explain your situation and how you're feeling.
Ask them to let you speak and not interrupt you. Then let them speak and say their point of view. Hope this helps you.

So as you know we are looking for a female to join myself and for him to join if but it’s up to both females he’s happy with this situation and will only join if asked she’s also a very close friend and he thinks it’s the wrong thing to do because if it doesn’t go well enough we’ll loose a close friend |

, but are you asking out of lust or do you think she will say yes. Is this something you know she would be up for, which you or maybe both.
Is the sex worth a friendship or is he right by saying go further afield?
