If you a real-life measure of how naturists are still viewed in our societies, have a look at the online reaction to The Naked Rambler, Stephen Gough, as he unsuccessfully tried to walk from John O Groats to Lands End, during which he spent many years in prisons, especially in Scotland, which is renowned for its prudish puritanical attitudes, especially to nakedness.
I do not think attitudes here would be different.
Naturism would have to take place well away from public view; I have never heard of a naturist beach, north of the Irish border.

"Brad300, thanks for posting.
If my back garden was private, I wouldnt be looking for a spot.
If public nudity was acceptable in this prudish country, I would have no problem finding places."
There's lots of places...just not many inland ....try the website of The Irish Naturist Association |
