Why do people think its OK to promise to meet and then don't have the decency to message that they can't make it . And to add insult to injury have " LOOKING FOR REAL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MEET NOT JUST TALK "
Plastered all over their profile . |

It’s extremely disrespectful tbh
Some of us have to organise childminders etc
Height of ignorance. Unfortunately world is full of assholes,
Always best to FaceTime or at least speak to them 1st if a social isn’t possible before the meet |

I never understood this. The excuse "it's just a random person on the internet" doesn't count because no one would want this to happen to themselves, so it should be clear as day that everyone should be respectful of other people's time.
I personally have never ever not shown up to an agreed meet and if I ever wouldn't be able to make it for some reason or other, I would immediately let them know. It's just basic decency. |
