In terms of swinging what gives people the ick (that's a feeling of disgust/turn off for those who don't know the meaning)

Sites for those who follow alternative lifestyles will inevitably include individuals whose traits and preferences will be outliers on a continuum.
If you don't like what you see, or are sent, ignore and if necessary block.
