There is a medically technique for measuring a penis. This is designed to diagnose a micro penis, but could be a useful for us too!
SPL is the maximum length of the penis while stretched, measured from the base of the penis, under the pubic symphysis to the tip of the glans and is thought to approximate erect penile length within 10%. The average adult male SPL is about 13.24 cm (5.21 in).

I was told a man's hand open fully facing upwards tip of his thumb to tip of his middle finger is exactly the length of his fully erected penis, I tested this and is exactly the same size!! |

As im familiar with the length and girth of my penis, ( whereas ive no idea whaf 20cm looks like) i use it as a measuring tool when cutting wood. No, i dont stretch it out along the piece of wood, i just know, to my eye, what lengths to cut. |

Oh yeah I'm not making judgements as to how successful a man with a micropenis can be satisfying a woman... but its not true to say that size doesn't matter in all instances. |

So how do you know if a woman can deep throat then surely a small penis fully in a womans mouth can't be classed as a deep throat or a large penis not going all the way in but choking a lady is that classed as a deep throat if she can't take it all |
