this might sound a bit odd on a swingers site, but if the weather is good tomorrow, would anybody like to go for a run ?

Pretty much the same. I did get myself down to 45 mins (last summer), but now around 52 mins...

If you can do it in less than an hour, that's already acceptable.

Where are the good routes in Dublin? I was thinking of the river...

45mins? thats sounds like pro level for your age.

I broke 50mins once and couldn't believe it.

Casa Del Fun

"What is your 10k time ? "

I cover 10k each day (usually rest sat/sun), so I cover 50k a week.

Timings vary on different days,(Injuries/Fatigue/weather or just a nice easy relaxed pace) but can go from 42 mins if I’m flogging myself to 46 nice and easy

I need to run with you whilst i'm here... its great running with people who are better than you.

Did 10k this morning (in fact it was closer to 15k) with a stranger who ran past me. We hugged at the end. Hope i see her again.

I do a bit further in a bit less time most days, also try to avoid weekends and even if I don’t, it’s still a nice drive, to work…..

Need to get back training, would be nice to do 10k sub 45 again.
