Shampoo first. Head then beard. I respect my beard and give it its own shampoo rather than using the stuff from my head. Then work my way down. Just like vaginas, cocks should be washed with water only. |

A lot of people wash their genitals last. It's definitely always second for me and I've no idea why. But routine is routine.

I was flabbergasted to learn that soap is bad for your skin, and that you should NEVER use plain soap on your face. Was doing it wrong for about 35years lol. |

Soap is good but I wouldn't use it on my face. Let's face it, soap is just a solid version of shower gel. Shampoo is just a less diluted form of shower gel. I used to manufacture it years ago.

Soap is alkaline, your skins mantle is acidic…never going to be a good combo.
Cheap soap will strip your skin, washes with skincare ingredients will help prevent that.
But also, don’t be washing your face with the same soap on a rope you use on your butt  |

I used to think that squeaky clean feeling was the aim. Like when your skin was cleared of all the oils etc and literally squeaked with resitance/friction. Now I learned that's fucking awful for your skin. Girls seem to just *know* this stuff somehow. I needed to be told  |

I used to have a dirty job that necessitated me bathing every day; one of the greatest pleasures was to lie in the bathwater that had a tiny amount of baby shampoo in it and watch the dirt dissolve.
The base of the bath used to be covered in crud and grit; on one or two days I was much too tired to bathe; I had to vacumm the bed the next morning to get rid of all the grit! |

Regular bathing is only a relatively recent human practise
In the past it was very common never to bathe, even in wealthy homes.
Hygiene is desirable, but some people wash much too frequently, during out their akin thru the removal of natural oils and secretions.

L'Oréal for men 5in1, hair/scalp first, then face, scrub beard then shave, pits and limbs next, finishing with sack n crack last.
Unless I get in horny, which means power washing the frenulum first until orgasm before all the above   |
