Bruce Willis actually has a very serious medical condition called aphasia, which is a critical loss of language ability caused by brain damage, possibly by a stroke.
There are three different types of aphasia, and the press releases about his condition have not yet been specific.
He never appealed to me as an actor, but for a guy who depended so much on language, it's a loss of a vital function that he will have great difficulty coming to terms with! |
