Anyone know how you get through besides phone. rang the specific premier inn 10 times between yesterday and today and can't get through because of a high number in calls. no email address or anything. |

Try tweeting AT them. Put a full stop at the start of your tweet, before their name, and it'll be seen by more people. Direct messages they can ignore cos it's not public. And use some sort of popular bad customer service hashtag |
