I’ve got myself into a really bad routine. Working from home essentially allows me to work my 8 hours a day whenever I want as long as I do them so it’s late nights and lie-ins.
I’ve tried to break the routine but I can’t. I also prefer the stillness of night. |

Generally struggle to get more than 6 hours. 4 sometimes . I am not sure I need more than 6.
It used to really annoy me but between having the occasional awake fabber next to me , thinking of ideas and plans I am too busy to during the day , or crossing Ts and dotting Is on various work tasks it’s become a positive |

My sleeping is absolutely chronic at the moment, I rarely sleep for more than an hour each night
I'm going to ask my doctor for something as I am exhausted and sick of it....anyone any recommendations of what worked for them?? Thanks in advance

Have you tried meditation? Apparently teaches you how to clear your mind, which is often a reason many of us can't sleep.
I just have a few drinks but that's not the best solution, unfortunately. |

"I don't drink anymore, but thanks I can see how it would help
Sunday and Monday night this week I was literally awake ALL night "
Try going for a walk or doing something that burns up your energy before you go to sleep , it may be only something as simple as that , you will sleep better if you are tired , l know it's a nuisance when you don't sleep right tbh , l was not sleeping right for different reasons , had a lot of stuff on my mind and it kept me awake but l went through that storm and my sleeping pattern is better now , hit the hay approx 9.30pm and wake refreshed after 6/7 hours which is great , but maybe doing something that burns up your energy before you sleep might help you , give it a try anyway , you have nothing to lose but maybe a great nights sleep to gain |

Try Melatonin, its a hormone with no chemical additives and is not addictive (google it). Easy to get anywhere in the US if you know anyone going over. |
