I didn't know it was a thing either until a fellow (male) Fabber told me mine were to die for  .
Apparently there are women with anatomy similar to mine who opt for surgery to make themselves look "neater". I guess that's the "innie" look.
Mine are quite pronounced if that's the correct way to describe.
I've had no complaints in the "outie" labia department...not that it would matter as I wouldn't change them, or want to for that matter |

I'm an outie.
Dirk absolutely loves it and I've never received a single complaint about it, apart from my best friend who's an innie and doesn't understand how is it possible to be comfortable when the clit rubs directly on your underwear.
I do have to tuck myself in the right way to be comfortable and certain types of underwear is a pure no go.
