I usually wake around 5am, so this is ridiculous.. it's going to be a long day

Too early for a good morning thread, so I said I'd start this one for anyone that's awake like myself

Are you at work or at home and can't sleep?

Would this be the norm for you?

Christ I hope it doesn't become a habit for me again (I used to have really bad insomnia)

So hello to all you fellow nocturnal people, I feel for you

Hi, I feel your pain!! Excellent thread, fair play!! I hsve a theory that it depends on ur childhood. My parents had a pub abd as kids we would wait up til like 2 r 3 r later waiting fir them to come home. We would all have a laugh and a giggle at thst hour abd they are sone of the fondest memories I have as a kid. Unfortunately I find myself being a bit nocturnal as a result abd only kinda come to life late at night which is hard to explain. Only problem is I hsve to b up fir work in 4 hrs!!! Sone people need less sleep I guess!! Cheers

I'm okay with it too if I feel my body has rested enough for the day ahead, and I'm off tomorrow so even sweeter again

Yeah… know how ye feel… usually stirring from 6am every morning…

The wrecked about 3pm….

But wide awake at 8pm ready to party!!!

They say it’s your subconscious that wakes you… stress from work and other things….

But sure we all have that.

Feel for ye.
