Pancakes are like boobies some like small and firm, other's like big and squashy as for topping has to be sugar and lemon

If they're being cooked for me, I couldn't give a flying f*** what size or thickness

Maple syrup or sugar and cinnamon have to be on hand

Make your batter , then , throw in half a tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda and 100ml of melted butter, you'll never make them the old way again.
