Have you tried online? I got my favourite heels on Zalando, they go up to a 10.5

not too expensive either! I've heard Ebay is good too

Amazon are good. Penneys have to size 9 in women's styles. There's sellers on adverts on occasion with some good finds and pleaser and other branded sites have them also

Try the likes of ebay as well or amazon..

Also new look do shoes and I think they go to a 9 or 10 and if you go for wide fit they will be more generous
