Pay off the mortgage, all my family/friends bills and then a magnum (always the most expensive ice cream when I was a kid…if you had a magnum you were minted!) |

Get a nice house in a decent place, pay off some other people's debts and then a holiday while the house is being fixed up. I am thinking Vegas, anyone want in for the trip? |

An appartment in Paris, and another in Barcelona.
Id buy houses for family and a few friends.
Id buy the full range of DeWalt cordless tools, and a tool shed to store them.
Id hire an interior decorator to do up my house.
Id set up a quirky dating agency, with a twist. |

Three houses. Two in the middle of nówhere with loads of land around them. We'll live in one whilst fitting out the other as a swing/kink venue. The last one would be put in the kids names so they have something they can do what they want with when they come of a certain age. |

Great question Op as made me realise that a mansion is just a bigger house to store more stuff in  and a flash car just draws more eyes and attention (according to a friend of mine who drives a supercar) which I don't really care much about anyway.
So, 3 things...
1. Best medical care possible for family and closest friends 
2. Set up an online university where all the very, very best lecturers and teachers (with life experience) help people reskill in different areas
3. Dream home is in Wicklow (yes, Wicklow) and costs about 1 million quid

An office block so people would have a place to work as they give away all my money
A house near the sea with an indoor pool / Jacuzzi/Sauna
A small boutique hotel with only about 20 rooms
So friends and family had somewhere to stay cause they're not getting into my house

A smallholding with a diverse mature orchard, a strawbale passiv house and the best home defense system that money can buy!
Oh, and a small incinerator for all those begging letters; and a proforma 'canned' offensive message for all the fairweather friends who would soon miraculously (re)appear, uninvited, when they pressed the entry gate's intercom.
