So we’ve heard of Murphy’s law which states that anything that can go wrong will go wrong. But if there was a law called after you what would it be?
Ger’s law would be trying to give up or abstain from something but failing miserably |

Boos law....
It's where you promise to give your colleagues the proper praise....
Instead of going around all day saying...wtf....
And muttering under your breath...

Surfer's Law- The phone rings and it's a surfing friend who has just arrived at Castle Gregory beach, and the surf is pumping. So I throw my surfboard and wetsuit in the car and hit the road. I arrive at the Mossies/ Castle Gregory after 2 hours of driving like a maniac. I pull on my wetsuit, wax my surfboard and do some yoga stretching exercises to limber up before paddling out. I eventually paddle out and catch two good waves before the wind changes direction from off-shore to cross-shore, and the clean glassy waves are gone. |
