Hola fellow fabbers, heading to Dublin for a few days sabbatical just wondering what the dance/rave (house, trance music etc) vibe is like in the capital,

Is it even still a thing. If so any recommendations for a few places to frequent please.

Cheers.

middle of nowhere

Try 'Index' on Arran Quay. Lots of clubs and venues closes, didn't survive the pandemic but that's not a bad spot.

Lol that's a blast from the past. There's no big clubs anymore unfortunately. District 8 and Hanger is gone. Tengu also has some fun nights. You'd need tickets though. Hope you have fun

Dance Dance Dance

If you cant find techno/trance just find any dancefloor and get on it. Its the best therapy after the past few years

Amen to that. The kitchen raves good and all as they where over the last 2 years, just don't quite satisfy the longing to dance to the same beat as a gang of crazies... ripping up dance floors is a memory that needs to to be replenished...
