Can anyone recommend a good central hotel in Galway for a weekend away?

The Galmont hotel and spa is pretty central. Great hotel and good food. Maybe a little on the pricier side but definitely worth it in my opinion.

I stayed in the jury’s hotel in the city centre last year. Hotel was ok.

Galway

The most central are the Imperial, the Hardiman, the Galmount, foster court, jury’s, house hotel.

The connacht is fairly near town (Galway city is fairly small). You also have the Galway Bay and Salthill hotel in salthill. All very short taxi or bus trips to town. Walkable as well.

The West

The Galmont, Park House and the Foster Court Hotel are all central and popular places..The Connacht is nice too, but a bit further out.

The Salthill Hotel and Galay Bay Hotel, in Salthill are nice too. Lovely walk in the summer time not so sure about February!

Clayton hotel too and on regular bus route into town every 15 mins
