Think it's a wide app issue and not just the network. Tbh I get up early so phone don't come into my hand until I done the gym and brekkie then I just catch up on emails and messages.

To be honest I just look at whatever notifications are up first.
After that it's usually emails and work schedule. Then once I know my head is on straight I'll come on for a look |

Usually check texts/WhatsApp first, then Twitter for latest news.
Haven't read a paper in years and never read tabloids (Daily Fail, Sun etc.)
I leave the work stuff until I get to work, the hours are long enough! |

I usually go with what notifications I have. If I'm on the early I won't see my phone properly until I get home. I've only recently started checking back in with fab.

and two of my home country. Often checking the weather in the morning to plan the day.
Emails always in the end because they normally work related.
