somewhere

Nothing major but was thinking about some changes that could be made to the forums that could help the users

Mine would be the ability of a person who creates a thread to actually close it to new posts before it reaches 175

Just thinking of some threads when requests are made for male or female fabbers for an event and even when its full ...people still post and say put me down for it ..or even re-open threads months old to do the same thing ....

Not trying to reinvent the wheel and happy to live with whats here by the way

A like button to stop endless and this messages clogging up threads.

Or a reply function like on reddit where you can skim past the 40 odd flanter messages and get to the next point relevant to the thread

They're probably responding to tomorrow's good morning thread. It's only a matter of time before they overlap.

The link from profile to forum posts is a great idea.

I'd like replies to not include the whole comment, they get really long.

Eradication of the system whereby the OP's original posting is repeated in advance of a replying post.

This would shorten threads, sometimes very considerably; and might make them more readable and interesting.

I put that pic up last week as I was going to post on the threads re Aisling Murphy and was not going to do so showing the naked pic of myself I had previously used on my profile, as it turned out I avoided those threads as they simply were distasteful, people showing their genitals and discussing such a sensitive matter. Im sure I will update my profile pic again sometime but unlike some users fab is not my be all and end all, but sorry if it offends the fab police.

It doesn't offend the "fab police", it's just against the rules to use a photo that isn't yourself.

The site is full of dubious photos/profiles,in my case im not trying to pass myself off as anything and am just on as a browser mainly passing time when I should be working but I have a few doozers to pick up the slack on that front

More (or majority of) threads relating to swinging scene or the site itself. Maybe a box ticking or tagging of posts that can be filtered by reader.

Swinging, Sex general, non-swinging, couples, singles, meetings/events, etc. as some of the related content categories that can be attributed to threads?

There is a swingers chat forum on the main forum page which I think is more swing related than the general chat on here.

Too many to suggest. Message boards have made some big improvements.

The most basic one would be notifications of replies to threads/comments.
