Lots of things 
From looking forward to the first passionate kiss and hug after a week or two of not seeing him, making his first cuppa, which he bitches and moans about cos I'm shite at making tea 
I love our chats as we catch up on what's happening in the world with said sub-par tea (which I don't hear the end of until he makes his own ).
I enjoy preparing meals with him, be that eggs on toast for breakfast, a home cooked meal or ordering a takeout to enjoy. You can rest assured there's plenty of sarcasm flying across the room, alongside teasing and more bitching and moaning (I really must do something about my tea making capabilities - anyone know of a suitable course ?).
We enjoy going for a stroll or a drive, stopping off for coffee, lunch or dinner.
It's the simple things we look forward to...but as we don't live together and time together is limited, we just make the most of it .
(Not living together is great - I only need to worry about the toilet seat being up, the dishwasher not being stacked the way I like etc when he's around - listening to him bitch and moan about my tea is just about bearable in that time ). |
