With recent events that have happened lately. What measures do people take to insure they are safe when they meet someone of here for the first time.
Do you have a go to person who knows who you're meeting, where and when?
I know discretion is key for most here but with everything going on I think having a go to person is needed. |

It's amazing how this murder has really struck a cord with people.. Candlelit vigils in every town in Ireland.. I've never seen the likes of it before.. Last week a man in Dublin answered his door in the early hours only to be shot dead on his doorstep.. According to Gardaí he had no links to crime and was an innocent man.. There was a small segment in the 6 and 9 o'clock news along with newspapers but nowhere near as much coverage as the incident in tullamore.. Point I'm making is it has always been a dangerous word and the events in tullamore should not be some sort of catalyst for change.. People have always taken precautions when it comes to safety indeed we are warned as little children about the dangers of the world and bad people....

"Always a social meet first, somewhere public.
For a fun meet I let a fab friend know where I'm going. "
This always this... Plus I tell who ever I meet my full name where I live. They tell a friend so they know who they are with. |
