2 episodes to go. Fantastic show very subtle on its heartfelt moments and the over the top comedy and characters compliment it perfectly

Absolutely adore this show, savouring the episodes...

Only disappointment is a favourite character of mine not being present.

We just finished it. A lot darker than the first 2 seasons.

Still some good lines and worth a watch. Just a little more emotional than expected.

Yeah, I loved season one and two. I expected season 3 to be more of the same and while I enjoyed it, there wasn't much in the way of laughs in it.

Is it watchable if the obnoxious Ricky Gervais brings one out in a rash?

Asking for a friend of course

I'm not much of a fan of his either but enjoyed it all the same, the first series in particular.

It's brilliant, on the second series. Vulnerability and humour are a great combo, love the un-pc bits.

Didn't like series 1 so never bothered with it since.

Gervais just comes across as desperate to seen as smart and profound, something which he isn't.

I watched series 3 over the last few days. I was never a huge gervais fan. He can be entertaining on chat shows but also a bit annoying.

However... Afterlife is amazing. I watched the first 2 series last year and was hooked after a couple of episodes. It's one that really stays with you. I was a blubbering mess after the final episode last night and I don't go looking for tearjerkers normally, its definitely worth checking out.

I'm still looking for my Lisa...

I loved Derek, even more than Afterlife tbh, and i agree, Kev was my fave in Derek, the scene where he's trying to flog his autograph collection was brilliant
