My kids use Snapchat and I'm the only one that can see my daughters location on it. Would I use Snapchat if kids didn't no, but its there main source of contact.

You can download a screen recorder that operates without the sender knowing and record pics and videos sent so don't think it's 100 % safe it isn't..
