Egg: whichever way, as long as it's cooked (no runny eggwhite) - actually, we used to spoon whipped eggyolk mixed with sugar as children before salmonella were a fear factor - it was yummmmm

Milk: skimmed, with cereal or coffee, never out of a glass
Alcohol: meh, West Coast Cooler, Lager, Vodka and Coke but rarely, rarely drink
Warm drink: instant coffee (Arabic bean), blonde (like me), toffee flavoured sweetener drops

Alcohol: Red wine, Guinness or Whiskey.
Warm drinks: Bowl of coffee first thing in the morning and tea after that until night shift and then it’s coffee again till morning. |

Eggs; runny scrambled plenty salt, smoked salmon and some toasted crusty bread
Steak: rare
Milk: cold, in cereal and tea
Alcohol: rarely anymore but craft beers or whisky
Warm drinks: too much tea and coffee both strong and milky |

Searing hot grill and one minute each side?
Actually better if you do it on charcoal BBQ white hot coals, fan the ash off and just throw steak on hot coals for a minute each side |

Milk: I do enjoy a bit of hot chocolate
Alcohol: Occasionally some spirits, if I'm going to drink I'd like to get some effect from it

No, I use alpro protein Soya and heat it before adding the brewed coffee |
