Besides oral, breakfast might just be the most important meal of the day, so what do people have?

I've started having the occasional cup of Earl Grey now. Growing up abroad my parents used to drink it and black tea and it was always drank without milk.

We moved to Ireland and now even the Earl Grey is consumed with milk! I like my tea black, no milk. The amount of people who automatically add milk is astounding

Normally porridge and coffee during the week.

Weekend - eggs with black beans and avocado, or a Bagel with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon if its there, or pancakes with banana and a dash of maple syrup, or croissants.

Coffee non-negotiable

If I'm working just a coffee to drink on my way to work or maybe a slice of toast when I'm off whatever takes my fancy that morning .

The most important meal of your diurnal rhythm or daoly routine is probably intrinsically linked to your chronotype:

If you're a lark, it will be breakfast, and if you're an owl, it will be dinner in the evening.

If you're neither of these extremes it will be lunch!
