I had similar problem for many years and still happens from time to time. Doc took bloods and found out nothing physically wrong and ended up being in my head and saw a psycho sexual therapist and she helped loads.

My 2 cents worth is that men go through a lot of hormonal changes from the mid 30's that we don't talk about. There's a drop in testosterone  decreased growth hormone made by the body and add to that an increase in oestrogen from poor lifestyle and libido is bound to be affected...
Crap diet, high stress levels, little sleep, lack of physical activity can all contribute towards a low sex drive, inability to stay hard and difficulty ejaculating...
Not saying this is the case here but no harm in looking at your lifestyle and consulting with a nutritionist can help.. Exercise can also increase natural HGH and testosterone too  Am sure there's Specialists in this area as well so plan an appointment and feel free to share how you got on |
