So live life to the full! None of us know when it's our time but worrying will only make you sick.
If you think it might help, get a health check and make some lifestyle changes if or where necessary to lay some of those worries to rest
I actually think it's a good thing to contemplate that our time here is finite. I don't think it's healthy to dwell on it too much though |

I'm 4 years older than my father was when he passed away 34 years ago but I've never had any concern that way because I have never smoked like he did and my diet is completely different. |
