What phone do you have? On my Samsung, the default Galery has photo editing capabilities. Select the brush, then change it to the checkerboard brush, this does either pixelation or blurring.

The one that we use is an app for androids called You Cut Video Editor. It's free to download and it works pretty well.

Install it, run it, and load the video to be edited into the app. Generally it's faces you want to pixilate so select sticker from the menu bar. This will load a pixillating panel. Drag the panel to where want it on the video, and you can adjust the size of the pixels and the panel to suit your needs.

You may need a number of the pixel panels if there's a lot of head movement or more that one face to be hidden. Its easy enough to get the hang of. Try it out.
