I want to wish you all a very happy Xmas fabbers.

I’m also wondering what will be on your plate Xmas day, will it be the traditional ham and turkey and do you go for something more left field??

There will be lamb shanks on our table…

Think I'll go for a fillet steak on Christmas day and the turkey the following day. Gonna make homemade potato and leek soup and homemade baileys and Malteser cheesecake.. followed by many Irish coffees.. and baileys coffees too
