My local pharmacy were only taking walk-ins this week. They ran out at lunchtime each day because some people travelled from up to 20 miles away instead of making an appointment in their own area. |

Me too - hate them. And if theres more than 5 ahead of me I walk away. Worst is when you are on hold in a phone queue and you dont know how long it'll be. That wrecks my head totally |

Queues can be educational experiences: I always make a point of talking to the people on either side of me and surreptitiously elicit their opinions on topical or controversial issues, if I can.
You will learn something new every day, whilst queuing! |

People complaining about queues once they get to the top of the queue has a lot to do with phone queues.
In my most patient phone voice 'I'm sorry you've had to wait and thank you for your patience' but no they want to moan away for 10 fkn mins

Try flying now, queue after queue after queue, f#ckin queues for everything, I despise queues, in the Pacific Islands they have the best queuing system, you enter out your flip flops in the queue and sit down, when it's your turn you go grab your footwear and go, perfect |
