Ok so it’s a touch early ,but

Are you going to change anything or will you do things the same way you did in 2021?

What will you try to improve?

I gave up on New Years resolutions as I never stuck to them.

This year on the whole has been a good one so I’ll keep living life and jumping the hurdles as they come and make some new memories

Ones like going to the gym more tend to fade away as the year progresses . Mine last year was to take more risks (without being reckless) and I found it had a big impact .

I'm not quite ready to make that committment yet so I can't discuss it

You should commit to a hot dog meet so we can discuss your commitment issues

If you're still living to be a better person because of a calendar well into adulthood not much advice to give.

Think Christmas can bring out good and bad feelings and memories. Only good thing about January is you generally have time to brood and formulate new plans.

I think it’s more that sometimes you need a little push , and the new year prospect might be it. December can have a slower pace which helps reflect . Also you might not implement it until later in the year . Lock down might make it impossible to implement it in January

But agree if you need major changes then waiting til Jan is daft

Same as every year. Smash all my goals and work towards my five year plan, already accomplished most of it and more
