My job is very fast paced and I've been waking up at all hours of the night unable to switch off, I don't want to burnout before Christmas...any advice lovelyof Fab..??

I'm in the same boat. Shift work too. I've been at it a long time though and I've found that the best way for me to deal with it is for me to have a shower and go to bed the moment I get home. Definitely no food for a few hrs before that either. Even if I have broken sleep, I'm there long enough to get a rest. If I do sleep, I just wake up earlier. |

Everytime you wake up drink a glass of water... It might put you back to sleep again.. Works for me.. |

I switch shifts, do crazy hours and high stress work.
I find listening to easy listening music puts me to sleep fast and stops my mind running through stuff whilst trying to sleep.
I sleep right up to my alarm clock then .
Acid techno isn't a good choice.
Soothing acoustic, chilled out covers . Happy music. |
