Sugary drink (7up, , lucozade) not diet or zero... Get the full sugar one!
Then, salty food, get a big takeaway!
Then, sex or a wank!

Pho soup from a Vietnamese is great. Gets all the nutrients and water into you. Otherwise greasy food. An acute headache can be helped by a joint if that's your bag. |
