Fire kit, binge watching the mayans, lying in couch with a lovely blanket over me. Should be prepping Xmas wreaths. Now just need to get a wee coffee date this week |

1.50 am in a hotel room in Liverpool avoiding life and sleep. But unfortunately not what's in my head.
Life shouldn't be hard but stupid actions create reactions that hurt people.

Chill out and start slow deep breathing.
Close your eyes and see stars as breathing deeply.
You need to sleep man and badly so get in to a really relaxed mood by breathing in as far as you can and letting it out slowly. Then a slow but big breath in and hold as you count to 5 and release slowly. Only think of stars.
