Hi all ,
Just curious and looking for a little bit of advice .
I have a one bedroom apartment in inchicore area and and every second weekend I am away . I was thinking about renting it out/airbnb for nights/weekends and I wondered if anybody here has any experience in doing that ? |

Yes I have done it. But alot of work with cleaning and I'm afraid to say the Irish wreck them . Before covid had all tourists . But once things opened up last yr too much trouble and all Irish staycations. |

I was going to say there is a gap in the market , go for it , as it’s hard to find decent places compared to June/July for some reason.
But I don’t think you ll get an extra market through fab as people won’t want to give you
Their personal details , and I am not sure that you d want fabbers either particularly |

Having seen the state that some swingers have left their hotel rooms after a night playing I wouldn't want to be the one cleaning it up especially if it was my property.
Those kinds of people I wouldn't want. |

Not everyone leaves there room in a mess i am part of a group who met regularly in hotels and apartments that we rent off airbnb and we always strip the beds gather up all the towels we have used and make sure all used condoms etc are in the bin it only takes a few minutes |

have to say I've been to one or two and found them very private and tried to leave as I found
