There are proper guides on how to size a metal cock ring and you would be surprised by the sizing required.
Ive been wearing one for years, behind the balls with not even ever having come close to an issue (54 / 55mm internal diameter).
I can safely wear (and easily remove) a 50, but it slightly stifles the ejaculation.
