For second week running i finished up my work here in Ghent a couple of days early. So i’m thinking am i working to hard? A swing club 1k down the road from my house is where i normal scoff the evening eats depending on how tough a day i had.And it can be hard work, listening to box ticking pen pusher know it alls with “the computer says no” mentality bitching on looking for poe’s (proof of existence) and type of approval numbers. You know? Today was the finest tho.having been out last night for dinner with kay a safety officer born in belfast but living here 10 years with her girlfriend who runs the bar at the club. Only just out of the shower 10 mins have new jeans and shirt on sweet home Alabama on tunes and off a pint of vitamin G. Maybe even two??Then food before i head into the city centre, they love Irish people here, You know the tonight might be hard on me but i’m going to give it my best shot. Whos going to wish me luck? Where as i’m feeling magic now i might need it later…………..,….::: |
