Has irish football tunred a corner with last night's win and the new players that Kenny has brought in I personally enjoyed watching an Irish team and its a while since I've said that

Nothing like a couple of wins to instill a bit of confidence not only on the players, but also in the supporters and the dreaded media. The opposition weren't up to much last night and gave up after 10 mins .. this allowed our lads to express themselves and play the game Kenny wants them to play. Hopefully a sign of things to come

Until its time to play a real team and we're back to defending but ultimately we lose miserably again . We're just not good at football. Hang it up and bow out

As bad as we have been we should actually be in the hunt in the wc group.

Beat at home by Luxembourg, Draw with Azerbaijan & what could have been in Portugal. Should have been 5 points better off and possibly even 8.

Typical shoulda woulda coulda stuff!

The nations league will be against teams at our level, let's see how Kenny gets on then!

There are definitely signs of improvement and the players seem to be playing for him which is great. I'd take a few years of not trying to scrape qualification for tournaments to build a decent squad.

Ultimately though it's the structures beyond the senior team that need to be overhauled to ensure we have international success and there we are lagging way behind teams we would have seen as beatable previously

We're definitely trying to play decent football. I really like what SK is trying to do and he deserves the time it takes to get there. Generations of route 1 football can't be changed overnight. Opposition were poor last night but I thought we done really well V Portugal last time out, despite the result. I fancy us to beat them next month but we'll have to be at our very best. Play the way we did last night and we should be ok! Overall, enjoyable game to watch!
